History of RS Components
From a locked garage in northwest London in 1937, JH Waring and PM Sebestyen set up a Radiospares Limited company, supplying spare parts to radio repair shops. The company began selling electronic components in 1954 and changed its name to RS Components in 1971. And also, celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2012, RS continues to be a market leader with a global presence.
